Looking for Input!

I'd love to hear your thoughts on what we should do with this space in the dining room.

The space sits at the far end of the dining room. It measure just over 6 feet by about 2 1/2 feet. I've got a number of ideas but simply can't decide. Again, the house is not for me, but rather for an Air BnB so we want to make it attractive to vacationers!

Option 1

A banquette with built in wine bar. We went to a home tour a couple of weekends ago, and this house had a seating area as part of their dining table with built in wine bar. Super cute!

I love the idea of some extra seating and having easy access to some vino, but we will not be able to incorporate our dining table into this scenario due to the location of the space.

Our dining table will be centered in the middle of the room. The location of this "nook" is too close to the doors and will be cumbersome for the dining table.

Option 2

We could just build in a side bar for extra storage and food. We have an area in our home here in Phoenix that we use for both a bar and extra table top (when needed.)

One final note: This house does already have a wet bar in the family room that we will be remodeling. My thought was to just put a beer fridge in that one. Wine fridge dining area; beer fridge family room. 🤷‍♀️ #nevertoomanybarsonvacation #amiright

What it boils down to is do we want the extra seating in the dining room or do we want the extra storage? OR do you have an idea?!?
